Liverpool ace Philippe Coutinho got his vote and Harry Kane got the Young Player nod.
Chelsea's captain also revealed who he thought deserved a place in the Team of the Year, including Jose Fonte and Laurent Koscielny as the centre-backs.
Players cannot include their team-mates in the vote, so there is no space for the Blues' midfield magician Eden Hazard.
