La Liga Team Of The Week: Neymar Barca's Best Until Surprise Substitution

La Liga Team of the Week: Neymar Barca's best until surprise substitution
The Brazilian scored a fantastic free-kick in the 2-2 draw at Sevilla and was the pick of his side's players before he was withdrawn in the second half by Luis Enrique

Real Madrid are now only two points behind Barcelona at the top of the table after the 31st round of La Liga.

Los Blancos beat Eibar 3-0 at the Santiago Bernabeu on Saturday to close in on the Catalans, who were unable to hammer home a 2-0 lead at Sevilla and had to settle for a point at the Sanchez Pizjuan.

Elsewhere, there were wins for Almeria, Celta, Espanyol, Elche and Valencia. And here, Goal looks at the standout performers from the latest Liga action...

In goal, Carlos Kameni frustrated Atletico with several important saves for Malaga in the 2-2 draw at La Rosaleda.

At the back, Marcelo impressed for Real in the 3-0 win over Eibar, Shkodran Mustafi was solid for Valencia in their 3-0 derby success at home to Levante and Hector Moreno helped Espanyol to a hard-fought 1-0 victory against Athletic Club at Cornella.

In midfield, Ever Banega was in fine form for Sevilla and hit his side's first as they came from 2-0 down to snatch a point against Barca. Sofiane Feghouli impressed and scored for Valencia against Levante, Chory Castro netted a stunning strike reminiscent of the great Marco van Basten in the 2-2 draw against Deportivo La Coruna, and Javier Espinosa was excellent for Almeria in their 3-0 win over Granada.

In attack, Santi Mina scored four for Celta Vigo in their 6-1 success at home to Rayo Vallecano, which included another superb showing from Nolito. And for Barca, Neymar was a constant thorn in Sevilla's side, scoring a fantastic free-kick and impressing more than anyone until he was surprisingly substituted in the second half by Luis Enrique.
